This week’s headliners
This week's Final Order Cutoff (FOC) for October 12, 2026 brings a heavy slate for collectors and readers alike, with oversized hardcovers, omnibus bricks, and essential trades hitting pre-order lists. If you chase shelf-impact and long-term value, keep an eye on Avengers By Jason Aaron Omnibus Vol. 1 Ed Mcguinness Cover, the sprawling showcase omnibus that will be a centerpiece on any Marvel shelf, and the deluxe American Jesus Library Edition, a single-volume oversized hardcover collecting Mark Millar's provocative saga. For superhero crossovers and prestige Bat-family storytelling, Batman/Superman: World's Finest Vol. 10: Warlords (HC) offers a high-quality presentation, while the laugh-packed What The--?! Omnibus Jon Bogdanove Cover is the kind of nostalgia brick that resells consistently among completists.
Beyond the big bricks, this FOC also includes key trade collections and new editions that matter for reading and continuity. Picks like Poison Ivy Vol. 8: Grassroots Monarchy (TPB) and Superman Unlimited Vol. 3: Reign of the Superboys - Tomorrow Man (TPB) tie into current line-wide events and new status quos — ideal for readers wanting context before the next crossover. Preorder decisions made by this FOC can secure pricing and first-print availability when these volumes release in the winter and early spring.
