Adventures of Superman #596 CGC 9.6 NM+

Available for sale is Adventures of Superman #596 graded by CGC in 9.6 NM+ condition and published by DC Comics in 2001. The significance of this particular comic is that it was shipped to comic book stores the day after 9/11. Due to an unfortunate coincidence, this issue depicts a scene where Metropolis’ twin Lexcorp towers have sustained damage eerily similar to what the world had just watched unfold live the day before. Because of this, DC issued a recall for this comic.
